Overview

Lumofy is an AI-powered Talent Management platform designed to help organizations manage learning, competencies, performance, engagement, organizational structure, and workforce development inside a single system of record.

01 · The Challenge

One platform. Ten interconnected products.

HR teams were juggling five to seven disconnected tools — spreadsheets for OKRs, forms for reviews, separate LMS and survey vendors — with no shared source of truth for what a person actually does, learns, or is measured against.

The brief was to unify all of it under a single, calm, executive-ready surface without collapsing the depth each module needs.

180+ tokens carrying the whole product.

A tokenised system — color, spacing, radius, motion, elevation — drives every module. Components are composed from the same primitives, so a new module can ship in weeks instead of months and still feel native.

The hardest part wasn't drawing screens — it was making ten products feel like one product.
