Wittify.ai — Build & Deploy AI Agents — cover image. A no-code studio for building, deploying and monitoring AI agents.

Overview

Wittify.ai is an enterprise SaaS platform that enables organizations to build, deploy, and manage AI agents across sales, support and operations — without writing code.

01 · Primary Users

Built for the people running customer operations.

Wittify was designed for organizations seeking to automate customer interactions, improve operational efficiency, and scale customer engagement through AI-powered agents.

Customer Support Managers

Manage conversations and intervene when needed.

Business Owners

Track performance and business outcomes.

Enterprise Organizations

Deploy AI agents across departments and communication channels.

Marketing Teams

Capture leads and automate customer engagement.

Operations Teams

Monitor workflows and improve efficiency.

02 · The Business Problem

Scaling customer conversations without scaling headcount.

Businesses needed a scalable way to automate customer interactions across multiple channels without expanding support teams.

Wittify empowers organizations to build and manage AI agents that enhance customer engagement, streamline operations, and drive measurable business outcomes.

03 · Discovery & Research

A clear gap in the competitive landscape.

To identify opportunities and product requirements, I conducted competitive analysis across leading AI and conversational platforms — comparing target users, positioning, strengths and weaknesses.

04 · Key Insights

Three tensions the market hadn't resolved.

Wittify at an early stage should be defined by core capabilities rather than fixed modules. The focus is on enabling agent creation (no-code and advanced), knowledge ingestion from multiple sources, multi-channel deployment across platforms like web and WhatsApp, human handoff, and analytics & optimization for continuous improvement — keeping the system flexible and scalable as it evolves.

Insight 01

There is a clear gap between no-code simplicity and enterprise flexibility.

Insight 02

Developer tools are powerful but not accessible to business users.

Insight 03

Enterprise tools are powerful but expensive and closed.

Insight 04

SMB tools are easy but not extensible.

05 · Platform Ecosystem

Eight surfaces, one operating system for AI agents.

The product is structured as an ecosystem of interconnected surfaces — each one owning a distinct job, all sharing the same design language, object model and navigation grammar.

  • Agent BuilderCreate, configure, and deploy AI agents tailored to different business goals and customer journeys.
  • Knowledge BaseTrain AI agents using company documents, FAQs, websites, and custom content to improve response accuracy.
  • IntegrationsConnect Wittify with third-party platforms, communication channels, and business tools to extend functionality.
  • AnalyticsMonitor agent performance, customer engagement, and operational insights through real-time reporting.
  • Hybrid AgentCombine AI automation with human intervention to ensure seamless customer support when needed.
  • InboxManage customer conversations across multiple channels from a unified communication workspace.
  • User ManagementControl team access, permissions, and organizational roles through a centralized administration system.
  • Deployment CenterPublish, manage, and monitor AI agents across supported channels and environments.

06 · Designing the Agent Creation Journey

A guided setup, not a blank canvas.

Creating AI agents can be overwhelming for non-technical users. I designed a guided setup experience that breaks the process into structured steps — Configuration, Voice Settings, Knowledge Base, Integrations, Appearance, and Deployment.

Impact: reduced complexity, improved usability, and created a clearer onboarding experience for users.

07 · Building the Unified Inbox

Every conversation, one workspace.

Businesses were managing customer conversations across multiple communication channels, creating fragmented workflows and reduced efficiency. I designed a centralized inbox that unifies website chats, WhatsApp, Messenger, Shopify, and voice conversations into a single operational workspace.

Features such as multi-channel filtering, conversation history, AI-to-human handoff, voice transcript support, and customer context visibility streamlined communication management, improved agent efficiency, and delivered a more consistent customer support experience.

08 · Monitoring Agent Performance

Making AI performance legible.

Organizations lacked visibility into the performance and effectiveness of their AI agents. I designed an analytics experience that provides insights into conversation volume, voice usage, active users, peak interaction periods, and customer sentiment.

Impact: enabled teams to measure AI performance, identify trends, and uncover opportunities for continuous optimization and improvement.

09 · Enterprise Access Control

Secure, scalable role-based access.

Enterprise customers required secure and scalable role-based access control to manage teams effectively. I designed a flexible permission management system that enables organizations to create roles, assign permissions, manage team members, and control access across the platform.

Impact: improved security, streamlined team administration, and provided greater control over organizational access and responsibilities.

10 · Design Principles

Four principles applied consistently across the platform.

I consistently applied four principles throughout the platform — the through-line that keeps eight surfaces feeling like one product.

Simplicity

Reduce complexity for non-technical users.

Scalability

Support both SMBs and enterprise organizations.

Visibility

Provide transparency into AI performance.

Flexibility

Allow deployment across multiple channels and use cases.

11 · Outcomes

Product maturity, business results.

The work landed on two fronts at once — a platform that ships as an end-to-end system, and a business that closed its pre-seed round on the strength of the product experience.

  • End-to-end platformShipped as a full platform covering agent creation, deployment, monitoring and administration.
  • Monitoring & PerformanceLive analytics into conversations, voice usage, sentiment and peak activity.
  • Centralized inboxWebsite, Messenger, WhatsApp, Shopify and voice unified in one workspace.
  • Role managementEnterprise-grade permissions with pre-built and custom roles.
  • Thousands of usersAdopted across support, sales and operations teams.
  • Product maturityBeta launch with the design system as the pitch's core pillar.
  • Supported growthDesign shaped the roadmap and the go-to-market story.
  • $1.5M fundingClosed a pre-seed round on the strength of the product experience.

The product doesn't sell AI. It sells outcomes the business already knows how to price.
